Hi! I'm Mindy.
When I turned 35 I was at the "peak" of my life.
I had a successful business. My daughters growing up and both entering high school. My husband and I had an okay marriage. We got along and loved each other, but we were more roommates than lovers.
My dad got terminal cancer- which left me questioning my life journey up to this point.
If from the outside I looked so happy and successful- why on the inside was I so disconnected and unhappy?
I forgot who I was.
I forgot what my passions and desires were.
I lived from a place of fear.
I knew deep in my heart that life was meant to be something more.
What could I create?
I knew that I needed to connect back to the wholeness of who I was.
I consumed everything. (I love to read and learn!)
Started going to therapy- which helped but didn't feel like the thing I was looking for.
In came coaching. I hired my first coach! From there began a relationship with personal development and the human potential.
What was the highest possibility for my life?
When the world pause happened, I decided to pursue my passion of helping other women connect back to themselves. I took my coaching certification courses and haven't looked back!
Since 2020 I've opened my private coaching practice, certified as a grief coach, did an Akashic Records certification, hosted multiple workshops and ceremonies, hired for private speaking events and hosted women's empowerment retreats.
